"walked in today and this one staff member was playing the loudest rock music ever, right by their checkout station. you could hear it throughout the whole store and it was giving my family a headache. this staff member was dancing like a wacko to this obnoxious music they were playing while checking everyone out and was completely oblivious to everyone asking her questions. dollar tree, train your staff better."

"My little sister is a frequent shopper at this location but today will be the last time she or I shop at this location. My little sister has cancer, stage 4 brain cancer and the staff at this location made fun of her because she has no hair and proceeded to humiliate her in front of the other shoppers making her to feel self conscious and causing her to cry. I am trying to reach out to corporate and make a formal complaint against the staff members in regards to the situation but they will not give me corporates number nor will they answer the phone. These staff members really leave much to be desired and should be appropriately disciplined and educated on what is the correct way to treat other's! I truly hope that a member of their family is never treated with such indignities as they so treated my little sister!"

"Horrible location they really need better training Sandy overcharged me and kept swiping items double omg i asked to see if there was a way for me to see the screen on my end to see all my items before i pay since i caught her 3 times scanning the same item twice she sais there is no way after i paid i still found a few items she double charged me for and i only got one of those sad"

"Never have I seen a Dollar tree so bare on the shelves. Not only were the shelves pretty bare but the refrigerated food only had two of their cooling units with anything in however, employees were very hopeful in helping me find what I came in for. And they seemed friendly enough."

"They need to train their staffs to have better customer service! I was in line checking out and told the lady that I needed 2 balloons. She didn’t even respond or looked at me. I then asked if she heard me and she still didn’t say anything back and continued to ring the items up. I had to ask another employee thinking she couldn’t hear. She then went to blow up the balloons. After asking her 3-4 times if she heard me and she couldn’t give me one response? So rude!"
