"I worked with Mike Cole to purchase my 2020 Cadillac XT4 and he was a total gem. I spotted the car on the website on Saturday the 30th and made an appointment to test drive it and a few others that afternoon. He was very patient and kind, even when I told him I was at the beginning of my search and was not ready to buy. Changed my mind, wanted the Cadillac, texted and called during a holiday, got everything set up and picked up the car yesterday! Their car wash was closed, so he took it to another car wash and paid so it would look perfect when I picked it up. Went over some of the bells and whistles with me before I left, which was very helpful.
