"Hands down the worst I’ve ever been too. Been here multiple times. Extremely slow and can’t get your food right. I’ll go without eating before I go to the Troy, Ohio location. Never again, this place is ridiculous."
"First, the order has to be entered via the kiosk. Second, the tables were dirty and had to request to have a table cleaned. The burgers for All three of my meals were basically overcooked/ burnt in which the burgers are already flat. Lastly, my fries were Very luke warm. I was Not happy with this experience today. I haven't been to Steak n Shake since the pandemic and finally decided to go. I was very disappointed, even got sick when I left. I ate not even 1/4 of the burger. Hopefully no one else will experience the issues I did."
"Me and my husband come here often for Frisco melts and we always order a cup of Frisco sauce on the side for fries. Lately its like pulling teeth actually getting it. On 2 separate occasions recently we specifically ask the girl at the window if the sauce was in the bag and get home 20 miles away and again no sauce. Seriously pathetic."
"I definitely like that it's order from a kiosk and no longer has servers. The food is typically pretty fast, but isn't always the freshest. I think they're still improving and we will continue to visit."
