"STEVEN not only deliberately picks on BLACK WOMAN BUT DELIVERY DRIVERS. STEVEN will walk into a DELIVERY DRIVERS face and personal space. STEVEN harasses customers and other third party employees. STEVEN snatches orders out of your hands. STEVEN yells throughout the store how he’s going to get SPECIFICALLY delivery drivers FIRED from our job. STEVEN not only brings the attention to him in the kitchen but he then begins unprofessional banter with younger front end employees for validation of his actions. STEVEN WILL NOT GIVE YOU HIS SUPERIORS NUMBER NOR A CORPORATE NUMBER to file a complaint against him. STEVEN DOESN'T WEAR A NAME TAG. STEVEN IS NEVER HAPPY AT HIS JOB AND MAKES PEOPLE FEEL VERY UNCOMFORTABLE AND UNWELCOME. I personally will never order anything from the store in TROY OHIO, especially until he is addressed. This was February 2024 dinner shift"

"Great food for a fazolis great workers, friendly and fast. Especially this blonde young woman who brought everything we needed exactly when we needed it, I think she went by "Kaylee". Dining was well cleaned as well"

"Awful customer service. Ordered online. They took my money but said the order didn’t go through. So didn’t give me my food. Then the employee, Derek, super unhelpful and rude. They took all the money I had to feed my kids dinner and gave us no food and wouldn’t help. Avoid like the plague. I hate this place. Will never return and will advise everyone I know to always avoid this place."

"The food was amazing and delicious. It is very good for Italian and not too high priced. I had a coupon for a buy 1 get 1 free pasta, and they both were good quality and delicious. The food all looked good and came out fast. The worker was nice and got us some more breadsticks(they are unlimited). Really good!"

"Absolutely yes. I haven't been inside a fazolis since high school (I'm 43) and it was exactly as I remember with the very CLEAR difference of these people here were SO freaking nice and friendly. I eat all over, from fast food to high end steak places and this was honestly the best service I've ever had at any restaurant I've ever eaten at. The food was perfect, the breadsticks are still top freaking shelf perfect and the staff was so over the top amazing! If you're hungry, this is your spot. Mike was the first person to greet me, and even though they were short staffed, he wasn't short with the chit chat. You don't get this kind of service anywhere else, better make your way here! Thank you all! And if there's some upper management reading this, you really need to recognize this crew for the excellence they clearly bring to work every day"
