"First, Culver’s is one of my favorite locations. But, the reason for the one star is the lack of accountability in providing packaging of your order. Twice in a row items were missing, which I paid for, one time through the drive-through, and once take out inside. These orders were placed by different family members, and we all will now check the order before leaving"

"I rated Culver's a 5 star, but I do feel they are on the high side for fast food pricing. About $15-$20 when you upgrade your fries to cheese curds and get a sundae or shake with your meal. Cashew sundae in the picture was creamy, the caramel was rich, and cashews fresh. I love their burgers but did not care for the Reuben I posted a pic of in this review. I felt it lacked flavor, so did the person I came with. They have plenty of options (burgers, chicken tenders, fish sandwhich, fries, onion rings, and cheese curds, to name a few). Most are high in calories and fat options but they do have a couple fresh salads and Italian ice. I'll definitely be back."
"Have eaten here at least once a month (or more sometimes) since they opened. Over the last year or so the quality has gone down quite a bit; It's hit or miss. This is the first time I've ordered the North Atlantic Cod Sandwich and definitely the last! Definitely doesn't look as "good" as the website photo. Very disappointed and not worth the higher prices. The cheese curds and ice cream custards are phenomenonal. 5 Stars here otherwise."
