"Customer service was amazing Felt so welcomed"

"It is deeply disappointing when a perfectly great interaction goes sour due to poor hospitality and unbalanced customer service training. I shopped at your Crocker Park location today and the young lady supporting the dressing room area was absolutely wonderful! She aided me in finding some comfortable travel appropriate clothing and I’m deeply thrilled with my selections. Her level of customer service is a reason to return for future offline purchases. My disappointment was with the lack of poise and sophistication of the young lady at checkout. She requested my phone number and asked if I had a customer account. I usually shop online—so I did not. When I simply asked her what the benefit of setting up an account would be, her only response was that it would make returns less of a hassle for me. Initially, I was taken aback by her comments because of the insinuation that I would need to return anything—especially after I made sure to let her know how stellar her fellow cohort was with helping me. When I asked about potentially exchanging for a different size, she became ambiguous with her response so I simply decided to provide my phone number and set up an account. When I returned home, I received and email as well as an account setup invitation. To my dismay, there are a wealth of customer benefits. None of which were offered or even mention to me! In 2023, with retail on a steady decline, it’s disappointing to know that frontline sales associates are profiling people and tailoring information around their own personal opinions of others. Having worked retail in my early career days, I’m highly aware of how attitudes and snap judgments leads to assumptions and lapses in customer service. Your membership accounts keep customers a top priority while driving revenue into the business. Never lose sight of that."

"This store is always clean. Today I rushed in and Rachael was very helpful and greeted me as soon as I walked in. She helped me find everything I needed. All of the staff working this evening were exceptional and accommodating!"

"We drove over an hour to go to this location and they did not disappoint! All the girls were so helpful while I tried on tons of different leggings! A few of them even told me which ones they usually size up or down in. The manager even got out this handy little tool to hunt down the very last 25” inseam Aligns in the color I wanted and when she didn’t find them, ordered them for me to be shipped to my house! The manager went above and beyond for my husband and I and even recommended a great place to have lunch since we were from out of town! Top notch customer service! I will definitely shop at this location again!"

"Nice store, friendly staff. They host free Sunday morning exercise classes given by a new gym each month. I think that's a great provision & something I love to take advantage of!"
