"I went to this location on Sunday, August 27th. I was looking for a backpack. Nike to be specific. Just had a mishap at Kohl's where they took money from my account so I didn't have all the funds needed to purchase backpack. The cashier Jaden was so awesome. Same with the manager Daina! They made my whole entire weekend! We need more people like that in the world. Thank you again Daina and Jaden!"

"Ordered a bike online and drove an hour and 40 minutes there and an hour and 40 minutes back because it couldn’t be shipped and that was the only store pickup somewhat close to me, and then after it also taking another 40 minutes to finally be given the bike after arriving because they couldn’t figure out what to do for some reason. After arriving home we notice that a spoke in the front wheel is SEVERELY bent to the point that it can’t be fixed, and the wheel has a hop in it, and even better, the tire also has a giant gouge in it! This bike hasn’t even been ridden yet and it’s like this. And also after giving the bike a look over it seems very improperly put together. The stem face plate is tightened very uneven, the stem is crooked, the bars are almost upside down, and the brake’s BARELY even stop the bike, like they dangerously barely work. So over 3 hours of our time wasted. And then can’t even ride the bike this weekend like planned so plans are also now ruined! ALSO at first they almost gave us an extra large bike, and the extra large bike was covered in a CRAZY amount of scratches, I would’ve refused it because the amount of scratches even if it was the right size. Also was never offered replacement plan or protection plan or anything during entire interaction. Called the customer service number and they said I could return the bike I bought the last bike in stock! And then offered $20 off a future purchase which is in points. Very disappointed!!"
