"As someone that has spent the entirety of my teenage and adult life in customer service, this place is a disgrace. Closing the fitting rooms before your store closes "so you can get the rest of the store closed" shows they only care about a paycheck. These employees are hourly, why are they rushing out before they even close and risking future sales? Simply because you don't care about customers or making money. I guess the teeny boppers that work there don't understand the concept of the customer pays your salary and if the customer stops coming in you won't have a job. Additionally, the way the manager was dressed was a disgrace to all professionalism. She told me the "store managers policy is to close the fitting rooms early." Well I guess your store manager doesn't care about her bonus either. At the time I was in the store there were 3 employees on the floor, at least one cashier behind the register and the girl (inappropriately dressed) that claimed she was a manager. How can you not handle the guest in your location as well as go-backs and straightening?"

"Horrible treatment by store manager i witnessed him be incredibly unprofessional and continue to aggressively speak to African American shoppers on two occasions and threaten to call security. Deplorable behavior"
