"This is one of my favorite stores that I shop frequently but yesterday I was disappointed at the manager's lack of professionalism. She was quietly complaining to a cashier about a customer! Of course it wasn't quiet enough that I heard it. If you don't like dealing with customers, perhaps find another job."

"Had to order some perfume to ship to my house cause what they had in stock was broken. I tell the girl checking me out my address 3 times and she still doesn’t put the apartment number and It won’t be delivered without the apartment number It’s extremely frustrating to tell them my address 3 times and they still mess up and not be able to change the address. The manager(?) was very nice in explaining what I can do to get the perfume if it doesn’t arrive but the issue was easily avoidable."

"One associate that helped me was very friendly, I don't remember her name but she was working at the register and had dark hair. There were items I wanted to get but weren't in stock so she checked on the computer for me right there and was super friendly, and had remembered me from being in the store prior. There was also another sales associate who had blonde hair who I asked to check the size on the inside back of my shirt for me that I had gotten from UO that I was wearing, and I felt very comfortable and she was very helpful as well. The only thing was I wasn't asked if I had UO rewards but that was because I had told the cashier I had $5 off from being a UO rewards member. This store is very professional and friendly which I appreciate very much! Cute clothing too!"

"The store itself is pretty big but not a lot of a clothing selection. Found a cute wall hanging. The stairs are made of concrete and seriously are going to cave one day soon. I like the gadgets upstairs, cool records and record players, cameras and frames and unique items."
