"I purchased a pair of linen shorts, they tore at the inseam. I took the pair back to the store and was told they cannot return items that have been worn. So I’m meant to bare the burden of poor quality clothing. It’s a shame that I won’t shop banana republic again, not sure what’s happened to customer service. I was practically robbed.. lesson learned. Take your business elsewhere"

She found me a pair which fit perfectly, then caught up with me before I left, to hand me my phone, which I had absent-mindedly left in the changing room. Life saving customer service x2!"
