"This is our preferred hotel when we visit our college student. It is about 20 minutes from Kent State, has free parking, has nearby restaurants and shopping, and has free breakfast. I receive a phone call or text every time I visit asking if there is anything I need for our stay. They have a nice selection of breakfast items. I always eat their southwest egg white omelet and their waffles. The rooms are a nice size and the beds are comfortable. I appreciate them having a refrigerator and microwave in the room."

"Worst hotel of all time. Stayed here with our soccer club. Paper thin walls and ceilings. Would not recommend if you want sleep for sporting event. Horrible. Got about 2 hours of sleep each night I was here."

"Easy check-in with Joe and Evelyn. Very helpful and professional. Gave us a 2nd floor room over the lobby so our kids could run around the room without disturbing someone below. Was amazing bc we were in the car for 9 hours prior to stopping for the night. Little things go a long way! Room was clean and as the pictures looked. No complaints. Breakfast was made up of premade items that are heated up on site but lots of options. No complaints. Overall, would definitely stay again at this location."

"I don't always have but I'm going to Rave about this hotel. Absolutely wonderful hotel. Immaculately clean Fabulous on point service. Helpful staff. Follow up and even call from staff prior to our arrival based on my special request. Rooms were fantastic. We had a kitchenette room. The kitchen was fully stocked. Dishwasher, microwave, fridge, freezer, garbage disposal and they even had griddles in request. The picture was stocked with dish soap, paper towels, bowls for cooking and serving. Plenty of table and storage space in the room. TV has extension HDMI cable for your own computer to watch movies. Bathroom was very clean. Nice towels. Angel soft toilet paper! Toiletries on request. Shampoo and soap in shower. Beds were comfortable and have mattress protection ( always a huge plus for me) Rooms were quiet and we heard little to no noise at all. Breakfast had plenty of choices and great coffee. Coffee is available in the lobby all day. We use the laundry facilities which also were extremely easy and very clean. Set up in the gym so you can do your work out while you do laundry. Laundry is quarters only. You can also just grab your coffee and hang in the lobby while you wait for your laundry. It is a dog pet friendly hotel, we saw many dog owners but we're not disturbed by any noise at night. The location is perfect off the highway and close to Cuyahoga National Park within driving distance of all the attractions but off the main highway enough to feel that you're not listening to highway noise. I would absolutely recommend this hotel and we would definitely stay there again if we're back in the area. This is definitely one of my top two hotels ever."

"We were in the area to visit Cuyahoga Valley National Park. It was a great spot with close access to all our activities. The hotel staff was super friendly. Our rooms were spacious and clean. We enjoyed the pool and complimentary breakfast. I tried cleaning up a mess after my son got muffins crumbs everywhere. The sweet lady in charge of breakfast wouldn’t let me help clean it up."
