"We went to our room and found other guests sleeping/passed-out in bed. We waited 15 minutes for new room, then after going to new room, there weren't enough towels for 3 guests, but we were told they couldn't bring the towels to us, so we had to get them ourselves at front desk. Window shade pull string was broke, so we had to pull shade down with great difficulty. Reported these concerns to manager who said they would get back with us on the fixes. It's been 1.5 weeks and nothing heard."

"Great room - simple with all the things you need for an overnight. Very happy with how clean it was. Service was wonderful and friendly for both front desk and cafe staff for breakfast.. I love Hilton for all those reasons. Plenty of free parking less than a mile from the clinic."

"I enjoyed my stay; however, my room could have been a little cleaner. The reason for my score is that housekeeping could have done a more thorough job of cleaning the room. I have to say the staff ALL that I came in contact with were pleasant, especially front desk attendant Latasha. She made me feel welcome every night I was there. The hospitality she displayed was remarkable. I love that the hotel has parking lot security watching over your vehicle at night; it made me feel at ease. The location was perfect—just a mile or so from downtown and not far from restaurants. I would continue to stay here on my visits to Cleveland."

"Our room was clean and cozy. It was the perfect size for my parents and I. The staff was very friendly. The hotel is up to date and is so relaxing even in the lobby. The fire pit is awesome! The only two downsides is there is no microwave in the rooms and the breakfast is awful. Eggs are watery and sausage is terrible"

"I'd like to start out by saying that all staff was very kind and courteous. They were the redeeming quality on my weekend trip. Breakfast was clean and fully stocked so that was great. The room had hair on the sink and a big hairball on the ground when I first walked in. Spacing in the room felt awkward and one light on the wall had been ripped off. The bathroom door did not latch. There was no microwave in the room either which was inconvenient, had to go downstairs to heat up food. Also the microwave was on the lowest shelf which was very awkward for my 6ft boyfriend. The ice bucket looked like an old giant cool whip container. For almost $200 a night, I just expected more. I think cleaning staff just needs more employees. I only saw one all weekend. I felt bad for her, she was doing her best."
