"Pricing was fair for the type of hotel it was. It has a pool, gym and breakfast. The internet was also quick. For the pricing you can’t beat the value. Remember it’s a two star hotel not the Ritez."
"If I could give this hotel negative numbers I would, a 1 is way too high. This hotel was extremely dirty. The pool was cold and dirty. The hot tub smelled like dirty laundry. There was dust on every surface of the room, the floors were dirty and stained. The couch was dirty and old. Dog hair every where . We pulled out the sofa bed and it was disgusting and broken. I would never allow my son to sleep on it. I pulled back the sheets on the king bed and I was so disgusted. I immediately called the front desk and demanded my money refunded and drove the 2hours home at 1230 am on New Years Eve."
"This place is disgusting. We pulled in late and didn't read the reviews before renting. Once we rented the room we could tell it wasn't the cleanest. So we started with the reviews and then we come to bed bugs and more bed bug reviews. So I pulled back the sheets to check for myself and I didn't see any bed bugs but these mattress look like alot of body fluid was all over them and they tried to clean them. This place is gross. Stay away !!!!"
"We stayed at this property because of the photos of the pool area. We were at Kings Island and I wanted my girls to have a place to swim and have some fun over their fall break. The pool area (indoor)was dark, lights burned out, smelled musty/moldy, and the pool was ice cold. The entire pool area smelled of urine. The girls got in the hot tub for about 5 minutes and asked to go back up to the room. I was so upset -I just started walking again and have a mobility scooter. I just started traveling again and was excited to take my kids somewhere nice. The pictures are NOT like the real thing -and it's sickening. I will never recommend this to my friends -and we have season tickets to Kings Island. Rooms are roomy and nice. 4star rooms -1 star pool area. Never again."
