"This is my go to business hotel where I always have a good experience staying there. The staff is very friendly and takes great pride in providing top notch customer service! They remember frequent guests by name and at the restaurant they know your favorite drinks and food. It’s like staying with friends or family. The hotel is always clean and their banquet food is excellent!!"
"Very nice Marriott. Clean and rooms are a nice size. The location is great. My only complaint would be the beds/mattresses used in the double rooms. No support and the entire bed moves when you reposition."
"We were there for the Western & Southern Tennis Open, the location was great for this. I marked service with 2 stars because room was not cleaned properly and coffee items were not refilled. We stayed 3 nights. If you aren’t a Marriott preferred member, the buffet breakfast is over priced and not worth it. We also waited for our order of hummus and pita for over 30 minutes. Restaurant had about 4 guests (not busy)."
"Just stopped while passing through. The location seems to have a lot of great attractions nearby however. The rooms were clean and the hotel seemed quite nice. The beds were very comfortable. There are two pools, one indoor and one outdoor. The staff was super nice and acknowledged my rewards program status multiple times. Having stayed at many hotels over the years, this one seems more of a luxury than the typical faire but was priced pretty reasonably. I was impressed by the value for the money."
