"I came to find Viva Dance Studio when my fiancée and I needed choreography and dance lessons for our wedding's first dance. When I say I am not a good dancer nor have any dance experience, I am not underselling myself. (My now wife is much more experienced than myself.) Thankfully, Parker, our instructor, was very patient and understanding, starting our first lesson with the basics of dance. From there we branched out, creating a routine/dance that both my wife and I could easily perform at our wedding, which we did very successfully. Even halfway through our lessons, as we were feeling overwhelmed by the song we chose and the choreography we were practicing, Parker was extremely understanding and helped us choose another song that would be much easier to perform to. It made life easier and allowed us to successfully pull off our dance. All thanks to Parker. I would recommend Parker and Viva Dance Studio no matter if you are a beginning or an expert; planning a wedding dance or simply interested in learning dance. The space is fantastic and Parker is awesome. Shout out to Nika who was also so wonderful. Thank you Parker for helping us create and perfect our wedding dance. Parker is an excellent teacher, not just teaching us the specific moves we need, but also the fundamentals of dance . He has also worked with us when we needed to modify things and has been incredibly understanding when we have struggled with practicing regularly. "This group of instructors and staff are incredibly friendly and fun. Parker and Heriberto amongst the others have great patience and professionalism. The group classes are a great way for beginners and intermediates to learn to dance with other members at various levels. The setting is ideal with beautifully views of downtown and the various areas and dance floor areas add to the community environment and vibe.
