"Saw Book of Mormon. Legs were a little cramped but that is typical of a vintage theatre. Beautiful venue."

"This was my first time attending the theatre It was a pleasure from beginning to end. The staff was friendly, helpful, and so excited to see the patrons. The parking was easy to access and lead right to our theater. The venue is beautiful and ornate. The seats were comfortable and pretty roomy. And for "cheap" seats, the view was great. There were merch tables and plenty of options for food and drink during and before the show. And finally when leaving the parking garage emptied quickly and efficiently."

"I had the best time attending a stellar performance of the Hip Hop Nutcracker at KeyBank State Theatre! This theatre is truly historic. The lobby is absolutely stunning, especially at Christmas time. Its architecture rivals some of the most famous theaters on Broadway! Ticket taker greeters were all very friendly and helpful with finding our seats. The theater venue is large enough to accommodate a good crowd yet still offers a great view from almost every seat in the house. Floor and balcony seating is available. Very family friendly. Great acoustics and stage effects. They had a phenomenal DJ spinning old school hip hop before starting the show. People were dancing in their seats, having the time of their lives! Several concession stands are open before the show as well as during intermission. A wide variety of options from popcorn, candy, soda, and alcoholic beverages are available. They only accept credit or debit cards for purchases. Restrooms are located downstairs from the lower level. The long lines going down the stairs look insane but they move quickly. Valet parking is available and well worth the extra expense. Just make sure you are one of the first to retrieve your vehicle after the show, or you could be stuck there awhile."

"Beautiful. Love the acoustics. Even the bathrooms are super charming and classic. We’ve been to comedy shows & plays at this theater and have never had a bad time. If your ever in Cleveland I would highly recommend any of the theaters in the playhouse square district. All of them are within walking distance of each other."
