"I wish I didn’t even have to give them 1 star. My insurance was 420$ a month. I added my 18 year old son and they withdrew 1155$ on Dec 12. When I called I was told adding my son made it go up by 600$ a month. I sent an email cancelling my insurance as of Dec 12, the day they took my money out. And they only sent me a refund for 465$. So I guess they are just going to steal a little over 600$ from me right before Christmas. I will report them to the BBB and anyone else who will listen to me until they give me back the money they stole from me. Your office is a joke and you ruined my kids Christmas"
"Run!!! Don’t walk- run away from this agency. I hate to even give them one star. Any help I’ve actually received has been from corporate and the 1-800 customer service line. They don’t return calls, they don’t answer the phone, so if you have a week to try to get a hold of someone- have fun! This agent will be for you if you don’t value time, common courtesy and a smidgen of customer service. It’s The worst. Best decision I’ve ever made was to get rid of this so called agency. Here’s the Short version of The final incident which had me cancelling with nationwide all together: I left multiple messages for a callback. The third or fourth time calling I said they have until the end of the day to call me back or I was cancelling and going with another agent. Surprise surprise Pamela found time to call me back. All I wanted was my mortgagee clause updated! She refused to help saying they wouldn’t give her any of my financial information. 5 minutes I spent on the phone with customer service and it was taken care of. I argued with Pam for 20! I still cringe thinking of calling this lady and FYI: Brian is a myth. Good luck ever talking to him! Pam is rude and always has been. So glad I have a good agency now! Corporate probably didn’t do anything with my complaint but I make sure to tell everyone I speak with at nationwide and in person- stay away from this agency. It’s terrible. They couldn’t even cancel my policy- I had to call the 800# yet again so they could do Brian and Pamela’s jobs for them. Wow, just wow!"
"Mr Grimone runs his office like a sinking ship. His staff lied to me about my farm policy that it was done and since my father had passed to do the least work he only added my name and never took my dad's name off the policy nice since he has been dead for two years! This agent and his staff are a joke! They will not follow-up on anything. I have filed a complaint with Corporate office and now looking for another agent. This one stinks! Bye Felicia!"
"you people are so not on my side so I lost my debit card and missed a payment a few months ago - no big deal right? I call my insurance provider, pay the missed bill and continue my life peacefully and happily several months later, the same issue occurs, I call thinking "oh well maybe there will be fine" I'm now told that I can't use my old coverage and have to pay 1.5 times what I was paying for half the coverage - if this is what happens after doing that twice, I understand it's in the contract but someone could have said SOMETHING when I did it the first time - I had no clue it would be such a huge issue, and its not like I'm broke or was trying to pull one over on you people...I lost my debit card; you also could have done more to alert me than send ONE LETTER you have my number, give me a call, shoot me a text send me an email IT'S 2015, I barely look at my mail"
