"Was a patient for years and felt well cared for. After the move from High street to the facility patient care and concern seemed non existent. I have history of high BP and when getting a dental procedure done I was refused because of my extremely high BP. I put a call in to see my dr here. I never even saw a dr or nurse for that matter, only a tech. The added a BP pill and wanted me back in 2 weeks. After lunch he 2nd visit my BP was still pretty high. Again never saw a nurse or a dr just the tech who apparently was relaying everything. She came back with a new prescription which was just a higher dose of the same medication. 4x higher!! I questioned her and she said that’s what they (dr or nurse?) recommended. While in line at the pharmacy shortly after I got a call from the tech (again not a dr or nurse) saying not to fill that prescription that they made a mistake on the dosage!!! The dr or nurse never called to admit the error and apologize. I immediately pulled my records and sought another facility Such a shame because at one time, and for many years I felt completely cared for and trusted these people."
