"I returned to my hometown, Springfield, in Aug 1982 and shopped at the former SuperAid Pharmacy prior to RiteAid becoming the new owner of the pharmacy. I have had nothing but exemplary service since then and have no desire to change pharmacies; am more than satisfied with the service I continue to receive each time I visit this location."

"Listen Rite Aid Corp, I don't know if you know this, but I have gone to this Rite Aid for random things every now and then. But Randy, the guy I believe is the manager, has to be the most A+ customer service guy I have ever met. Many rite aids you walk into and sometimes wonder if anyone at all. But he is always there and is looking to be the most helpful. You ask what you need, and he finds it. All I am saying, is this guy needs to get the due credit because I bet you all don't know how awesome he is."

"So I dropped in here and I actually thought this was a brand new store because I hadn’t really noticed it before but it is not a new store. So when you hit this place you’re going to think hey this is nice new clean very courteous well laid out. The clerk behind the counter was extremely nice and helpful well-kept professional. I think this might’ve been the first Rite Aid I’ve ever visited in my life and I got to say I’d give them a thumbs up. It’s really pretty much a convenience store with the pharmacy but after all I guess that is what you would expect when you look for a Rite Aid."
