"I understand that everywhere is understaffed, but there is NO excuse to leave someone in a room for 45 minutes waiting on discharge paperwork. They need to get their staff to actually do their jobs and not neglect their patients. These are mostly elderly people that the staff obviously does not respect or care about. Patients and their families should not be having to hunt down employees and being ignored on multiple occasions."
