"I gave 1 star because there was no option of giving a zero.. I went there on March 10, 2020 to get a brain MRI done because that's where my neurosurgeon sent me. I normally don't go there, I prefer Springfield Regional Imaging Center. It took the nurse 3 tries to get an IV started for the contrast and it hurt like hell and now both my arms are bruised and have large painful lumps in them, causing my arms to hurt and be weak. Went to pick up my MRI disc and took it to my doctor's appointment only to find out that it was someone else's abdomen MRI so my doctor sent me on my way and I didn't get to find out what is going on with my brain tumor. I returned the wrong disc they gave me so they could shred it, but I don't know who ended up with my disc with my personal information on it and if they were honest enough to return it to Ohio Valley to be shredded, so now I have to worry about someone trying to steal my identity. And all they could say was sorry, sorry doesn't help me with someone having my information or that my neurosurgeon only comes to my town once a month and this visit was ruined and they said they probably won't be able to get me back in for several more months.. I will never use Ohio Valley Imaging Center again."

"Opened on Saturday great service got in early was taken right away. Walk ins available. Very friendly staff hopefully will be cheaper than getting it done at hospital"

"Worst place ever. I mean how long does it take to get an ex ray done??? We waited for over an hour with only one person ahead of us. Highly incompetent. Never using them again. Stay as far away as possible from this place."
