"If your doctor recommends this place, ask for a different company... Forget about the driveway (which, for a company that deals with feet, should fix the HUGE craters that could cause you to sprain your ankle - no concern for safety there!) What really burned me was the fact that they, not once or twice, but 3 times LIED to me about the delay in picking up the product I was "fitted" for... Then, on the 4th call, the person said (and I quote) "I cannot make any more excuses..." ...So, not the truth... I was told what actually happened was they thought my order was handled by their lab but was sent to Akron or something to that effect. Bottom line, they messed up my order and lied to me about it. People do not want to be lied to! Next time, just bend over and take it like a grown-up Customer Service attendant. To top it off, I was told to go home and rip apart the linings out of all my shoes... in hopes that they will fit? And if they do not, then what? Most of my shoes do not have removable inserts and those that do, I cannot wear to work everyday. With all the technology, you would think there would be a better solution for women. Oh, wait! There is! I found the BEST PRODUCTS through Dr. Scholls for a fraction of the cost... Needless to say, within 5 min of using my "custom fit inserts" I had stabbing back pain, the left one actually made my foot turn outwards worse than before. I eagerly returned them with my CC receipt and they (with few questions) gave me a full refund; after I told them NO! I do NOT want yo to try and correct your mistake! Best advice? DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE YOU PURCHASE ANYTHING! You may just save yourself a ton of money!"

"I can't imagine why others are leaving such negative reviews; my experience was nothing but wonderful! I had a very pleasant phone experience when I first made my appointment, polite and friendly and helpful. Once I got here to the Parma location, I was slightly wary because the area isn't beautiful and the parking lot is a bit shabby, but stepping inside you have a bright and clean modern waiting room, and very friendly and efficient office staff. I was seen after a short wait, and the technician was extremely patient and kind, explaining all the options and how the process of making my orthotics would go. Altogether a great experience, highly recommended!"

"Terrible experience. Very rude people especially the receptionist. Need a lot of customer service training. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Find another orthodics center. Heard Employees making fun of other patients while waiting. Very unprofessional. Very unhelpful. SO RUDE!!!!!!!! How dare u call and harass my husband, that just shows how un professional your office is. By the way that is telephone harassment. Also please read almost all of the other reviews, they show again how rude your office employees are. But we are allowed to voice our opinions about a business."
