"I live 25mins from here. The midwives were absolutely wonderful while pregnant. I haven’t seen them since I had the baby which is too bad cus I miss the care I received from them. Well today I went to see a lactation consultant Lauren Lasko. My appt was at 12:20pm. No one called me back yet so I asked the very dismissive receptionist at 12:55pm if she can find out how much longer I will be waiting before I am seen. Mind you have my infant baby with me so time is pretty important to me. She shared her theory about ‘why’ before finally running off to find out for me. 10mins later a different lady says they don’t have any rooms & even if they did then it would still be awhile before they see me. I’m so disappointed. Took me 25mins, 50min in the waiting room & 25mins to drive back home. I took time out of my day to make it to my appt that I felt was so important. Needless to say I’m now in search of a new clinic. Don’t bill my insurance NFP"
