First Urgent Care

"During that time, I was suffering from gout and in terrible pain. I was in need of urgent care, and I had to travel to three different CVS mini-clinic sites to see a physician. But I was turned down because they were full, and I had to make a reservation for the next day. While surfing the internet, I came across the Cleveland Care Clinic in Parma. I made a call and spoke to Moses Nnorom (NP). I told him my problem and was able to make an appointment right there and then. He did a complete physical exam, took vitals, and asked about my health history. He gave me advice on foods to avoid and how to improve my diet. He prescribed me my medication, and within a day and a half, I was able to walk without pain, and the inflammation on my right foot had subsided. Again, I want to thank you, Mr. Nnorom, for helping me get better sooner, and I was able to go back to work right away."

"Terrible service literally waited 3 1/2 hours so far before being seen.. The staff is very chatty amongst themselves. I came in with chest pains and shortness of breath with congestion and a sore throat with a headache I could have died waiting on these people that have no sense of empathy worse place ever. If I could give them one no stars I would."
