"I've been going hete since 2009 for kidney stones. I love my doctor but the staff sucks.You call and have to leave a message because they won't answer the phones. The recording says they will return your call within 24 hours but it takes days. I had 2 surgeries, one in November and another in January. In late January I went in to get my stint taken out and that's when they informed my they don't except my insurance so now I'm stuck with this huge bill and have to find a new doctor. I really don't want to but since they won't take my insurance I have no choice. Even the staff at the imaging center says that their staff sucks. I'm over all this run around"

"Dr Mardovan is great very professional. The staff not so much. I called to have a second opinion. I showed up to be told they called me the day before to say they couldn't see me as my records are needed from my previous doctor. ( no voice mail or missed calls log) so we rescheduled a month out again. I called two days in advance to be told they still don't have records. I said fine just see me,forgetting about the other doc. Dr M did see me sent me for mri. Told me I have a high likelihood of cancer and recommended a biopsy. Then walks in the nurse ,said she is so far behind but she will do her best to schedule biopsy in 1 week or so. I waited 12 days and called to hear a very short and nasty ( sir it will take atleast a week to schedule) so I waited 2 more weeks and called. Sent me to voice mail on Tuesday,still no return call so I called back Friday same thing. I called back to leave another voice mail yesterday 5/16/23 and as of today 5/17/23 still no call. My appointment telling me I likely have cancer and need a biopsy was 4/13/23. I consider myself a fairly strong person but not knowing and waiting so long to hear nothing is taking a severe toll on me. I feel I need to leave this for others to be careful and not be as patient as I and just move on. I'm sure I will get a response, something like (we take our patients health and wellness seriously and would like you to call our office to discuss this matter) but to be honest I just don't want to talk to your voice mail anymore and definitely not to your rude nurse. ( some of the receptionists are very nice and helpful) but it always stops on the desk of nurse ratchet."

"They call you to schedule a follow-up and you can't take the call. You call back and are asked to leave a message. The room I had my urolift done in was also like a lab kitchen with dirty lab equipment in a sink. Disgusting. They forgot to tell me to stop aspirin and admitted it may result in needing a catheter. They also invited guests to watch me get the procedure. Use your imagination."

"I had a ct scan 2 months ago and waited two months for a bladder/prostate procedure to be done in the office. I showed up, Dr. A J didn’t. Reason- he was on vacation this week. I was lying on the procedure table and was numbed up. Nurses came back in and informed me I had to be rescheduled for a month down the road. Someone was supposed to call me last week and that didn’t happen. Absolutely no excuse for such incompetent office people who support his practice. I canceled the future appointment and will go a different direction. I’m not a happy camper. Unacceptable."
