"Gave four stars because pain management I give a 1 star review due to their doctor's insurance-based discrimination - my appointment literally consisted of about an hour waiting in the waiting room and another hour waiting after being brought back into a private room before the doctor saw me and when she did, just complained about my insurance for 20 minutes and didn't treat anything. If you work for Madison Health go ahead and look up my records to verify this. But doctor Olson who does Orthopedic surgery is absolutely incredible. I wasn't supposed to get full range of motion back in my thumb after severing it all the way through with a full thickness complete tear but 4 months later I'm actually completely back to normal with my thumb! His whole team is incredible. Krystal, Ralph. Kourtney."

"I have tried several times to pay my bill online. It's not possible. Why even bother with an online payment option if it's unbelievably difficult and literally impossible to use? You might even get more payments if your payment website wasn't as clunky."

"For the most part they are truly great, Just my most recent experience with them was not the greatest, Same goes for the emergency room here & In Marysville Ohio too, I DID NOT appreciate NOT being taken seriously & being treated as if I was delusional or crazy, When I am in fact NOT!! I have to find a specialist that deals with this type of problem I have, I understand that it doesn't sound normal & About the one thing on my record that may make them sceptical, but they are supposed to be the professionals & they get paid the big bucks & we are supposed to trust them with basically our lives, so there personal opinion should NOT effect there medical opinions or how they go about treating ppl, Extremely disappointed in that fr, & hoping to get the answers I need soon as I get a specialist that deals with my condition, & then good luck to the Drs & hospitals that treated me like I was crazy when they should have been doing there jobs & taking me seriously, cause I am going to have my day in court on that subject fr fr."

"Let me start by saying I am reviewing only the labor and delivery department as that was where I was. My husband and I had a wonderful experience here. They got us checked in quick and attended to my every need from the moment we got there. The nurses were incredibly helpful during delivery and helping me with my newborn. Dr. Spahn is a great doctor and everything seemed to go smoothly. After, everyone was very friendly and helpful and the food was actually really good!"

"They call it a "band-aid" hospital for a reason. Not only do they lack competent, friendly staff, but they also lack the diagnostic equipment needed for a vast majority of issues. Employees do not care about you, and are rude every chance you speak to any one of them. The food is terrible. The ER is just as bad, if not worse, than the rest of the place. The phlebotomist had difficulties finding a vein and poked me 7 different times. (Went to Doctors West 2 days later and they got it right the first time). Our son was overheating in the "recovery suite" after birth. He almost died of SIDS and would not eat because they lack the proper climate control. They put a box fan in the doorway to help but it did no good. They are not worth your time or money. Save yourself a trip and go to a real facility."
