"I injured my hand at work 9 weeks ago 9 weeks later there in no change in my hand at all. This process has been very slow due to also having to deal with workmans comp. I feel that anytime you have a xray or a mri and it shows any kind of arthritis they will disregard you and treat you as just that arthritis or when you hand got smashed it inflamed your arthritis. In my 9 weeks of treatment the first day i was given a splint to wear a splint that didnt even fit my hand i wore the splint for a week witch made my problem worse.i asked the dr for a split that fit my hansd better and was told sorry im a one size fits all and i could buy my own . I have been a patient of Madison health care for over 20 years and it seems these past few years these drs DO NOT CARE and as soon as they see arthritis thats how they will treat u and then disregard you bc its the protocol whhen dealing with workmans comp i also feel that if i would have went amd veen seen just as a regular patient not thru workmans comp and this dr would have been paid in a timely manner my treatment/diagnosis would have been way different. Im also very aggravated that im being sent to occupation therpy when my thumb hand is so swollen i cant even use it bc yet again these drs seem to think that pt fixes all the last time i did physical therapy for my back they made me do too much too soon amd ened up damaging my never eqhen.i tols them every day i went back that i hurt prettt bad they did not care mand made me keep doong what was hurting me i as of today am seeking a new dr away from madions health even for my regular care bc it is disappointing to me as a patient to continue to be disregard ed"

"Some of the most laziest doctors and nurses I've ever seen. Waiting for my results and the nurses and doctors are outside at the nurses station talking about gossip and other stuff. Madison county High school is more like it. Just heard the nurse say a racist comment about white people..."

"Their phone number, the one ending in 7500 doesn't work. How am I supposed to reschedule the appointment my doctor canceled if I can't get a hold of them?????"

"My daughter sees Dr. Landol and she is great. But I do have to say the receptionist was not great she was very short with me when I called about my daughter having a reaction to meds she told me it was just a side effect and to finish the last dose which in my eyes was totally wrong. My daughter was having an allergic reaction, and the receptionist didn’t even put me on hold to ask the dr she just told me to give her the last dose. I ended up at children’s er because her just reaction turned into an allergic reaction"
