"Dog was boarded, paid for nail trim. The day I picked him back up, no nails trimmed. They did do it when I brought it to their attention, but they cut one nail too short. We had blood spots all in the carpet when we got home."

"We have taken our pets here for years and have not had any complaints until the last couple of visits. Dr. Holly is great, taking the time to call and explain my cats FIV diagnosis. Luann at desk is always helpful too. Needed to go in for follow up blood work, they suggested I make an appointment so I did but sat in waiting room for 30 mins with a stressed cat while listening to casual chit chat on the other side of the door. The vet tech was talking about, among other things about how someone dotted their I’s with hearts so frustrating to hear all the casual conversation while waiting 30 past my appointment time for a blood draw. Additionally I was charged an office visit as well. Last week on Monday, called for a refill for his steroid which seems to give him comfort, he only had one and requires 2 a day. Was told they needed a 24 hour notice. I told them he was declining quickly and I really wanted to make sure he was as comfortable as possible and really needed to get his meds. instead of any compassion, I was scolded yet again for not giving 24 hr notice .. not sure how I was suppose to do that on Sunday? Went to pick up meds over 2 hrs later and they were still not touched but when I did get them I got a bright green sticker on medication for yet a third reminder. Never had that sticker before. I had also told them in the phone and at the office that I would only need about 7 days worth bc he was not going to be here long. I was given and charged for a months supply..not once was I given any compassion regarding his status. Today 7 days later, I will be calling other vets to get him in to be euthanized as he is so pitiful. I only have 3 stars due to my previous experiences being ok but I will never take another loved pet here again."
