They talked me through all the steps and feed her lots of treats. They made me a paw print plaque, a lock of hair. About a week later I received a card from them that touched my heart. Sunny side vet takes care of there customers, they give you time instead of hurrying you up to get out the door. After my first experience, even though the circumstances they are my new go to vet!
