"Had to change Dr do to moving. This place took my insurance so I gave them a try. Been there a few times now, never had to wait long to be seen. And the staff was all very friendly. Haven't bothered to look elsewhere in the area because I'm happy here."

"If you need to set an appointment to be seen soon...do not use this place. EVERY time I try to see the Dr I have to wait 3 to 4 weeks to be seen. By that time the sickness will run it's course. Hopefully...or you'll just get worse. Ok service for those that go monthly for prescriptions a d so on but not as an on-call type of situation!"

"Dr. Kaehr is a wonderful doctor and I really hated to leave as he was a doctor for myself and children.... however at the birth of my newest son, I was unable to get through via phone call. I had finally spoken to someone (Barb I believe) who said they would speak with Dr. Kaehr about taking my newborn on as a new patient. She never called me back and about 2 weeks had passed. My grandmother who is a patient here was able to talk to Barb on my behalf, however nothing came of this. I ultimately ended up finding a new doctor for myself and children and was very disappointed in this as Dr. Kaehr is a great doctor, very nice guy and worked very well with my son. Unfortunately now, it is difficult to get through via the phone and it is difficult to even get a well child appointment within the month."

"Is it really ok that no machine or person answers the stinkin phone. Ther are no office hours pisted and I have watched workers continue with what they are doung and Nobody answer a ringing phone. Ridiculous. 20 min of just lettung it ribg. Still. Nothing."
