"Dr. Pfaehler and staff are truly amazing! We have been taking our pets to another clinic for over 25 years, and decided to go to Erlanger Veterinary Hospital for a second opinion for our kitty. We were welcomed with smiles from the moment we walked in until the time we left. Dr Pfaehler was phenomenal: knowledgeable, personable, and compassionate. He addressed all our concerns and issues with patience and understanding. The office followed up with emails and phone calls in order to see how our kitty was doing. It is very obvious that everyone at this veterinary hospital really love and care about animals. We feel very blessed that our kitten is in their care. "I went to Erlanger Veteranary Hospital off of a recommendation from another vet. I have a Sugar Glider that needed to be seen and possibly have surgery but with him being considered an exotic animal, a lot of places wouldn't see him. Erlanger Vets happily took him on and they have been amazing. They have been there for me and my sugar baby from day 1 and they genuinely care about him. We did have to have surgery to correct the issue however they have called to check on him and after the surgery the doctor called to let me know how it went and didn't make me feel rushed off of the phone and was happy to answer any questions I had as well as bring up issues I didn't know could be issues. I highly recommend this place if your looking for a place that really cares about your pet. I am considering moving my other animals into their care as well. If I could give them 10 stars, I would."

"My dog (9m old shepherd mix) is a rescue and was a bit timid going back into the unfamiliar rooms. The staff were absolutely wonderful with him and gave him lots of treats and really did all they could to make him feel comfortable and it be a positive experience for him!! Very glad I chose this team for my boy, it is obvious how much they care! He left with his tail wagging ❤️"

"First time that we visited them. Our 5yo boxer tore her ACL and our primary vet does not do orthopedics. She recommended we go to Erlanger Vet Hospital. The staff is super friendly and welcoming. The Veterinarian went over our options and explained the procedure thoroughly. We were provided with a clear estimate for the procedure and they made sure every question was answered. 10/10 I would recommend them."

"Excellent place for exotics. Dr. Vecchio treats Peanut and me with the utmost respect. She answers all of my questions with patience and kindness. She understands my anxiety about Peanut and goes above and beyond to research any concerns that I have and provide him with the best care. She educates herself on bearded dragons and provides the best advice. All of the staff are respectful and courteous."
