"My dog didn’t have a great experience with boarding previously with a different company but he really seemed to enjoy himself here. He likes one on one people interaction more than a giant room of other dogs so that was the service I signed him up for and I was pleasantly surprised to see him so relaxed in his progress pictures every day he was there. We will be using them again!"

"I’m a new momma with a first incredible experience. I found this place last minute driving by to the hotel and immediately had to contact them first thing in the morning to see if they could take my 5 month old Bernadoodle. While they didn’t answer right away, they immediately texted me 30 min later which is amazing. They kindly let me know that she couldn’t do doggy daycare but rather puppy daycare. The second time I called they immediately answered and let me know that they had availability to take in my baby that same moment. My family went to visit the ark encounter and picked her up around 5pm. My puppy was very scared to go in and I am almost in tears going out the door, but saw that the staff picked up my 26 pound baby and gently took her to her spot which was right by the glass behind the counter. I felt secure to know that the employee cared and that she would have a great day. On our trip we got TWO cute pictures and a report of of well being and that definitely makes this place awesome! Thank you for taking care of my Aly girl!"
