Quality Inn & Suites CVG Airport

"I stayed at hotel the night before my trip and going to the airport went great. However when my flight landed back in Cincinnati at 12:30 am I was told I would be picked up in about 30 minutes. I have been waiting for almost an hour with no word from the hotel. Was told shuttles ran at least every 30 minutes. Every other parking lot and hotel has sent at least two shuttles except mine. I was the only person left waiting in the airport. People who were on flights that landed well after mine were picked up long before me."

"We just used their parking/shuttle service to get to CVG airport (we did not rent a room). The shuttle to the airport was totally fine, but they gave us their phone number to call when we returned to CVG to get us back to the hotel. We tried calling the number 9-10 times with no success. It kept saying the call "wouldn't go through." I tried calling someone else to make sure it wasn't my phone, but that call went through. We waited around for a while and eventually had to take a different hotels shuttle service and then walk over to quality inn to get to our car. When I told the front desk people, all they said was "I'm sorry" "The power went out" and "that usually doesn't happen." There was no offer to reimburse any services. I highly recommend this company put at least one other point of contact to reach out to if the initial phone number does not work, as we didn't know what to do at first and they don't run their shuttles continously like other hotels do. I would advise against using them for their parking/shuttle services."

"Biscuit was frozen when I bit into it at breakfast. Sausage for the gravy was not done either it made me puke right after. I’ve stayed here a couple times & they falsely accused me of smoking in the room because the house keepers were mad that they opened the door at 10 am and I was naked coming from the shower! Check out isn’t until 11 so why are you trying to come in my room at 10? Then every 10 minutes after the first time they kept trying to get in. ANNOYING. They have all emergency exits currently closed because of “sickness”. I believe they have hidden cameras in your room as well. Definitely not happy I was falsely accused of smoking I spend too much money on choice hotels for that type of treatment"

"The room was Very clean. The breakfast included fresh waffles, sausage, eggs, donuts, etc. The hallways seem to be in the prosses of being renovated. For the price I was very happy. At the other end of my trip I stayed nextdoor at Holiday Inn. Holiday Inn I had to walk with my luggage a really long way and no free breakfast, yet about the same price. I would definitely stay at Quality Inn again for the value."

"We use the hotel lot for long term parking… staff are always professional & kind. Also, after reading one of the rude comments … their English is just fine. Also, the lobby & bathrooms are always clean & tidy."
