"This place has a bad rap because it's not a Ritz Carlton - you get what you pay for - but the Staff are good people who care about their customers and will do anything to make your stay great. For the money, it's a great deal. I'm a regular here and I've never had a problem with the room, or amenities, or the surroundings. Please give this place a chance and try and prove me wrong - they care and will provide the best service available. Plus there's everything in close proximity -"

"I'm a regular here. If it's a non smoking room, I've been in it. Night time staff knows my face. I'm here once a week. Rooms are made to look clean but they aren't. Certain rooms like 117, the TV doesn't work or there's no reception. Any room in the bottom ground floor in the front of the building is falling apart. Missing locks, paint chips falling from the ceilings, smoke detectors completely painted over, tvs hardly work. But the big thing I have noticed lately is the roaches.. I switch rooms and then TV don't work and the shower drain don't work. Maybe if they fixed their stuff I wouldn't be sitting in a room now typing this review. I will be taking my business elsewhere now. Congrats losing an extra 400 a month from a regular customer"

"This is a great location to downtown. Only about 12 minutes, and the price is much better than closer in. I had a smoking room, but it was clean and didn't smell like stale smoke, like some do. The only thing I noticed it didn't have was an in-room coffee maker. But I don't drink it, so I'm ok with that."

"perfect place to stay if you want to sleep on blood stained linen and bed bugs :) and be threatened and told a full refund can’t be done when you complain about said bed bug. the bathtubs were still filled with a ton of hair and had mold everywhere. Stains on the doors and walls, floors clearly were not swept or mopped. don’t waste your money here"

"Found a bed bug in our bed. Went to tell the front desk to switch us rooms and all that. Didn't ask for a refund or anything just wanted to get out of the room. The response from the manager was to threaten to charge me a $500 fee for smoking in my truck in the parking lot. Cause it's a non smoking room... that was obviously a total knee jerk response to getting a complaint. The place was nasty in the next room too. Had to cancel my card just in case. Do not give these people your business"
