"Love this hospital it’s my daughters main site and today she had a bad reaction to brownies and i rushed to the ER and the heavy set security officer with twist in her hair that works tonight in ER By the metal detectors 10/10 rude and very disrespectful to the point i was uncomfortable i rushed my daughter to METRO , Definitely didn’t expect this out of Cleveland Clinic definitely should look deeper into who the higher because i hate metro and for a worker to make me feel so uncomfortable that i rushed to another hospital is highly insane"
