"I called to see if they had a certain item, the guy says, yes I do, I send somebody to pick them up, after spending 45 minutes in the store, NOBODY in the store could locate the item. Happens almost every time I go there. WOULD NOT recommend this location"

"Another customer and I both showed up about 20 minutes after the store opened. There was no employees at either of the registers. Anyone could've stolen whatever they wanted. We both stood around for about 10 minutes until three employees meandered their way up front. The first employee struggled to ring up the other customer's order. The third employee looked for my order. He struggled to find it near the register. He went to the warehouse to see if he could find it. This very unprofessional. I doubt if I'll ever go back to this store."

"Like every other Ace store, the staff here is helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. This is a great place to go to match up hardware like bolts and washers. They also carry a good selection of seasonal items for gardening, clearing snow, or decorating for the holidays. Since moving to the area a couple months ago, I have used them several times. Each time the people working there are attentive and know exactly where the merchandise is located. Name a giant chain that can say the same thing."
