"There is no point in getting to a lot of detail about Home Depot at this point. You can get bad information and become lost following it at any Home Depot. I have had uniformly bad experiences with the beginning middle and end of purchases here. Most notably I had a fence that was put up that did not meet code, and I was treated to a Home Depot representative who somehow concluded his job was to act as a third party arbiter in this dispute with the actual fence builder. I later came to find that this fence Builder had a one star rating and was in trouble with the Better Business bureau. Why Home Depot would do business with them? Why? Because they aren't all that different. Home Depot will allow you to get screwed in 2 seconds. That's when you will find out that according to their contract the people who did the work on your home do not work for home depot. In fact their position is that if you have a problem with the contractor Home Depot sent to your house you need to take it up with them. I'm a solution-oriented kind of person and I wish I could recommend someplace else to go, but I don't know if Menards or Lowe's or any of them are any better. I can confidently tell you to avoid Home Depot like they're hosting a leper convention."

"Generally speaking I've not had good experiences with HD, usually and specifically as it relates to the service (or lack there of). It's near impossible to find someone working. Yesterday though there was a person working who really greeted me, asked if he could help, then when I had a different need in the same aisle he asked again and I sure I didn't want help. Kudos to him."

"I am a pro extra account holder and purchase a ton of materials for jobs at this Home Depot. Dave Hendricks is the most incredible man I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with in a store! I am more than happy always with your products and deliveries! Dave honestly treat my husband, myself and our 2 sons as if we are family. I can say with certainty that I’ve never ever had any kind of bad experience at this store whatsoever. The entire staff is always incredibly friendly and helpful! I am not one to write reviews usually but when I a company goes above and beyond my expectations, I feel as though they should be recognized! As always thank you all so much for everything you do to help our business and and extra thank you to Dave for being so wonderful!"
