"Cheap prices and clean store. Staff seem helpful, but merchandise seems a bit ruffled most times. It doesn’t bother me but make sure to check sizes instead of going by what section they’re in."

"Last time I ever come here. Went Christmas shopping and was having a great night until we checked out here and encountered one of your staff members named Monica. By far the worst customer service I’ve ever seen in my life. My partner went ahead of me as we did separate transactions and when she declined getting a credit card, Monica repeatedly slammed the counter with her hands and continuously asked and stared her down with an aggressive look. When I checked out I already knew the antics were coming my way, I declined instantly and she proceeded to raise her voice at me and say it was “company policy”, and yes she continued to ask me if I wanted it. Monica has a horrible representation on leaving a customer happy as this isn’t the first bad interaction we’ve had with her. I should’ve trusted my instincts and walked out when she spoke to me that way before purchasing anything from Marshall’s. I won’t be back."

"As I travel the first thing I inquire about is where is your Marshall's store. My Marshall's and Homegoods share the same roof in Charlotte North Carolina. They have 16 registers and I have seen the line back up to the rear of the store and everyone knows it's worth the wait but it goes by quickly...love love this store"

"I would like to share some details about the accessibility of this store. This is a store with a large variety of items at great prices! When initially entering the store, I was happy to find that there was a ramp and an automatic door at the entrance. There were also accessible parking spots close to the entrance. When inside, the atmosphere was not very loud which is helpful for people who are sensitive to sound. The store was also well-lit for those with visual impairments. Although there wasn't any braille in the store, there were signs signifying that employees would be happy to assist you if you need any help. Most of the aisles were open and wide. The only aisle that might be an issue was the aisle with pillows and comforters which was a bit more narrow. Some of the shelves were tall which may cause issues for some people - while this is true, the employees would gladly help. Lastly, the entrance to the bathroom hallway was more narrow, but there was a low toilet and grab bars to help when inside."

"This is a browsing department store with a large and varied bunch of soft goods for men, boys, women and girls. The store caters to low priced deals and is well stocked. Check it out for your Christmas shopping. This place always appears to have the most customers in store of all the stores at this shopping center."
