"My wife and I recently had the pleasure of stopping by Dot’s Market at Crosspoint Shopping Center in Centerville, and we were thoroughly impressed. After browsing the grocery aisles, we decided to grab a bite to eat at the deli. We ordered the fried chicken, mashed potatoes, mac & cheese, and a biscuit, and everything was cooked to perfection. In addition to the delicious food, we were also very impressed with the service at Dot’s Market. The staff at the deli counter were friendly and helpful, and the cashier was quick and efficient. "Our normal location is the Bellbrook one, but since this one opened, we wanted to try it. They're obviously opened for a couple of weeks only, so they got few kinks to work out, but it'll be great once they do. The store is lot larger (despite me not being to find some products, but I credit that mostly to not being used to the layout yet) and offers more on the bakery side, deli, hot deli, etc. In addition, Ghostlight is opening on-site coffee shop, so you can get high quality beans and coffee before/after you shop, which is convenient. Definitely, now thanks to the larger store and bit more modern than the Bellbrook one, it'll be easier to spend money at the locally owned Dots and slowly transition away from Kroger."
"The new dots is pretty amazing, It's very well laid out . Prices are very competitive to the major chains. I want to commend the 2 ladies who helped me with my mother's ebt card . They couldn't get the ebt to work but went above and beyond to make it work out . They came together and worked well together to fix the issue , it truly made me smile . The meat counter employees are also very friendly and were sure to cut the meat exactly how I wanted it. Overall, a very well ran store that makes for a great shopping experience."
