"Food & Drinks were good. The bartender closed the bar at 11pm when online says they are open until 230 am. She said there were not enough customers to stay open, but there was my group of 4 and at least 6 people at the bar."

"Horrible service. Picked up a to go order and waited for an hour. When I asked for an eta an employee name Paul processed to tell it had only been 42.16 minutes and cussed me up and down. Another customer asked him the same thing as we were both waiting. The customer left and he flipped him off and acted like he was shooting the customer. Paul proceeded to tell me what he thought about the customer. Will not be coming back here thanks to one employee. Do better."

"For an appetizer we had teezers. I had the quarter Ham & Swiss sub, my husband had the half ham, turkey & Provolone sub. The sub buns are so delicious and fresh! Everything comes out in a good timely manner. For this being New Years Day at lunch time it was pretty busy. The bartender was also our waitress and she was awesome! She kept up with a full bar of 10 people and 8 tables full of people. We enjoy coming to the Submarine House. We will definitely be returning customers. (I also posted the shot menu. Such a big variety)"

"Normally, we come in for lunch, but this evening we decided to come in. Typically, the day shift bartenders, and all staff are wonderful. This evening was a horrible experience from start to finish. We had one appetizer, a basket of teasers that never arrived after almost a 40 minute wait for a sub, small pizza, two tiny kids chicken strips and a cookie. One adult top shelf beverage was so disgusting it had to be sent back and exchanged for water. Never did the waitress question how everything was until we had our mouths full. We had told the kitchen our appetizer was never brought out and yet it still didn't arrive. No one seemed to care about things being done right or making it right. It's sad that this is the kind of service you pay to get."

"I've been to many of these great restaurants around the Dayton area and this location was by far the best experience I have ever had! All of them serve good food but for some reason the food here was also better and that is not putting down the other establishments it was just a wonderful all around experience and a wonderful cozy town. HeavyMetalChurchCom gives it am 11!"
