"Do not go to this dump I ordered three tacos. Every one of them was broken. I ordered a side of guacamole and I got it in a little cup about as much as a teaspoon. Hope it didn’t break them. The only thing that they did get right was a pinto and cheese. I asked for hot and mild sauce and I didn’t get anything."
"Night shift messed up my order last night so I was instructed to come back the next day and was blown away at becas professionalism she helped us quickly and definitely needs a raise I will personally call back in a week to make sure she has gotten a raise or I will complain"
"it’s like the employees can’t read , multiple orders on door dash and going to window have only had a handful of times where my order was correct never had a problem until the last couple month. how can you read chalupa supreme and put hard shell tacos in there, it says the order on the receipt"
"I ordered 2 tacos earlier in the day and ordered them with no lettuce. I got home to see roughly 2 pounds on lettuce on both of them. I called and asked if I could get them replaced and the manager Josh was nice and told me to come back in later and tell them I spoke with him and I can get that replaced. Later that night after work I went to get it replaced, I get there and they were nice about it and got my replacement and I get home and and what do you know, they have another mountain of lettuce. This has been a problem at this place for me for years and has made me order things that they can't possibly mess up, I seriously question if anyone they hire at the Troy taco bell has made it past the 2nd grade."
