"Lady checking me out was rude after waited at the teller window for 15 minutes bc the sign said they would open at 8. When I went in they said the window doesn’t open until later and gaslit me that I was reading the sign wrong. lol. I went by again. It clearly said 8."

"Just to let everyone know that if you are on state insurance you are not allowed to use GoodRX or any other prescription discount website or app. This is their policy tand it's not the state."

"I'm not really sure why others are giving such bad reviews and speaking of rude staff, because I don't recall anyone ever being rude in the past 8yrs or so of having my prescriptions filled here. Also all our furbabies always get excited when we with through the drive thru, because they always give them a treat. So I really don't understand why others are give such poor review/rating. Good people work here, and maybe it's possible yall cought them on a bad day. Everyone has them."

"Living in Auburn for 2 years. I was spoiled by the Kroger Pharmacy in Fort Wayne! No matter how stressful and busy they were, they were always nice to customers. AND they had delivery service. It's difficult enough living in Auburn where there's no busses,taxis or uber service. Having no vehicle is a handicap. Monday is the only day my helper can pick up my prescriptions ( before 2). My provider Ive went to ( in Fort Wayne) for years set it up so I can have my prescriptions picked up on Mondays. I've been on the same meds for years. To be talked to rudely by whoever this new technician is should be addressed. I call monday morning when they open to request the prescription be ready close to 2. She belittled me today, saying I should have enough to last tomorrow. That wasnt the point, number one, I know very few people to go shopping or pick up medicine etc. That's why my provider set up meds to be available on Monday s. Plus theres a n option to pick up any medicine a day early. Judgemental employees shold not work in a setting like this. People with medical problems have it hard enough especially during this pandemic. I do want to say I appreciate Matt the Pharmacist. He's akways very professional and polite!! I would give 4 stars if it wasnt for this technician I was be littled by today and last Monday. The rest of the staff have been nice. Next time I'm treated like this I will find out her name and believe me I will edit this review and put her name in it."
