He had a huge line and called Ashley for help but when she finally came up there a few minutes later she went to her register and said absolutely nothing to all the customers waiting in his line. He finally asked her if she was open and she said ya so he had to tell the people in line that they could go to her. She was absolutely no help and the manager was standing there watching all of this. Not sure of the gentlemans name but he was great and had a great attitude, the situation wouldve been very frustrating but he handled it so well"
