"Had 7.30 am appnmt . Checked in at 4.30 am ( they start check in at this time ) . As I was delivering snacks receiving starts working at 7 am but showing up at 6 am ( otherwise you can check in earlier in a different building ) . At 7.10 was empty . Thank you . It was fast and professional"

"10am appointment. I arrive at 8:45. Assigned a dock immediately. Lady in shipping office was very nice& helpful getting me checked in. Didn't start unloading me until 11:45. SMH! Empty at 13:00 SMH! Pack a lunch if you have to deliver here. one star for the security guard. He was fast and one star for the lady in the receiving office."
"I am a truck driver. I arrived 30 minutes before my appointment time. 6 hours later still at the dock. Please stay away from this place."
"Ok this place has gotten worse than 2 years ago. I checked in at 0630, it's 0930 and still not unloaded. Went and checked with receiving office and was nice about it, that I have another delivery and I can't be late for it. Her response was " well we have something in the way of your dock but will get to it shortly and still haven't moved a pallet out of the trailer. Do not waste your time coming here."
