The pharmacy quoted me 2 hours to fill my script and they assured me I would be notified via text when the script was filled. I waited 5+ hours with no notification from anyone. Highly inconvenient. Huge disappointment on standards of professionalism Looks like they're policy is "ignore the patient, get paid". What a broken system. What a HUGE waste of time as the result is the same. HIGHLY unimpressive, and agitating. Pharmacies have no accountability besides leaving these reviews online. I have a VERY hard time believing CVS doesn't have the rescources to make some kind of improvement to aid consumers. This business makes millions and millions each year. They can stock the shelves with plenty of products, but not improve a dysfunctional Pharmacy. I remember seeing they have the word "Healthcare" printed in massive bold letters on the wall, however it seems that's the last thing they truly care about. MAYBE START FOCUSING ON CARING FOR YOUR CONSUMERS HEALTH! YOU SUCK!"
