"This lady Alicia kept following us around the store and staring like we’re going to steal stuff. Absolute zero privacy to shop and browse by ourselves. Other employees watch at self checkout a lot too but Alicia kept following us around. This is the second time it happened in the same store. I’m never coming back."

Went to return it, unopened, with a receipt 3 hours later and was told I could not return it without his card ending in the same 4 digits. Policy is policy and I understand not receive cash in exchange for my reciept. But, store credit? Nothing without my husbands exact card. Not impressed with this retailers inability to be flexible in this situation. Hoping for an improvement here."
