"Almost impossible to speak with a live person at the pharmacy. In the last 2 times I’ve decided to leave a message from 30 calls or so. Did not get a call back."

"The absolute worst pharmacy I have EVER had to deal with. The pharmacist is incompetent, lazy, could care less about his patients, and was not helpful at all. They are withholding my medications after myself and Sam’s club have called multiple times to send over all of my medications. I let two different managers know how awful of an experience I had there and never once did they care or apologize. I am not another 24hrs without medications because the pharmacist can not even do his job correctly. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!!!"

"I’m incredibly patient but I have experienced very poor service twice at this CVS Pharmacy. I waited 20 minutes in line for pick up and in order to adjust the price with my good RX code, I was told to wait in the “drop off” line. I waited another 10 minutes in the drop off line and once the price was adjusted was told I needed to go back to the pick up line and wait another 20-30 minutes to pay. This incident has happened to me twice."

"I'm leaving this comment to file a complaint about a recent experience at this CVS Pharmacy. We had a confirmed appointment, but upon our arrival, they inexplicably denied its existence. Even after presenting our confirmation code and the location details from our phone, the staff member at the window displayed a complete lack of helpfulness and didn't even try looking up the appointment using my name on the system. CVS should place a higher emphasis on hiring dedicated employees, as the actions of individuals like this can severely damage your business. Moreover, I inquired about this employee's name due to the absurdity of the situation, as I wished to discuss it with a higher-up. In response, she gave us a condescending smile, displayed a disrespectful attitude, and walked away. Regrettably, this experience has left me with no intention of continuing my patronage at CVS in the future."

"Went to Drive Tru today to pick up and urgent medication.! And couldn’t get it. The answer of the lady was that was my prescription was almost ready and had to wait couple minutes and that they will send me a message when is ready. Waited in the car for about half hour and went again to the window to ask. She said that they where extremely busy and that had to wait until ready? Still 8 pm and haven’t received any text message at all . Why did she didnt t say nothing at all about the time. Its very disappointing and frustrating. How possible is that ???? When you need an urgent medication they don’t give a penny. What if someone is in much need for antibiotics or fighting and infection and the medication is needed ASAP?!! Much careless service at all! definitely WILL NEVER putting a prescription here again!"
