"I was waiting on my auto refill of my prescriptions, that should've been filled since January 28, 2024. Instead on February 02, I'm panicking realizing that I'm down to my last few pills, and I tried to place an order on the app, but for some reason, the app will not allow me to, and is forcing me to call the pharmacy. So of course the pharmacy never picks up, and has this new system that it automatically takes you to their voicemail system. So this time I left a voicemail for them to call me back. The pharmacist calls back and explains he couldn't refill the prescription because he was waiting on authorization for the 90 day prescription. I was shocked at the ridiculousness. My prescription hasn't been filled, nor could I even place the online order because of something so ridiculous?! This prescription refill is more important than an authorization for a 90 day fill. If I don't have meds, what is the point?! So he finally comes back and says okay, we will fill it. So I try again on Monday. So I try to go physically after work to pick it up, but I work on the other side of town, and had an appointment, so by the time I got there, they were closed. Now I'm upset because I desperately am down to my last dose. So Tues I scheduled a delivery because I couldn't afford not to receive it because I had appointments that would prevent me from being able to get to the pharmacy on time. The care pass/CVS app showed that I would receive my prescriptions between 1pm- 4pm. I got home yesterday evening and I am frantically looking everywhere wondering what happened to my medications, since I had paid for 3. I looked at my email, and it only shows that they had prepared them. I looked at the app, and they only showed that they were ready for pickup. I was so confused, and I couldn't understand what was going on because I know I scheduled my delivery to receive my prescriptions that afternoon. \nSo today, I call again, now I'm even more irritated, because I don't have time to deal with this in the middle of my work schedule. So I try to call the pharmacy, only to reach their voicemail. I left a voicemail. I did not ever receive a call back, nor an apology. I called the corporate customer service line to see if they could explain what was going on. So someone named Damaal answered and basically he said he couldn't assist because the delivery has supposedly been attempted but was returned. Which doesn't make sense since CVS policy states that we don't have to be home to have our prescription dropped off. It could have been delivered even if I wasn't home. I live in a safe neighborhood. My deliveries have been delivered before and now I have not taken my meds in 3 days. I was so upset and requested for my meds to be delivered back at my home as soon as possible, and he nor anyone at CVS was willing to rectify the situation nor even attempted to alleviate the inconvenient situation. I had to have a relative go and pick up my already prepaid delivery. \nWhy am I seeing that one of the CvS employees reran my card AGAIN?!?? SO NOW I HAVE A 2ND CHARGE FOR 3 PRESCRIPTIONS BEING PROCESSED ON MY CARD UNAUTHORIZED!!! THIS IS THE MOST ABSOLUTELY ABSURD AND UNPROFESSIONAL SERIES OF INCOMPETENCE I HAVE EXPERIENCED BY A WHOLE GROUP OF EMPLOYEES ALL IN ONE COMPANY. YOU ALL SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELFS FOR NOT BEING MORE ORGANIZED AND AWARE OF HOW YOU'RE OPERATING AND TAKING CARE OF PEOPLE, ESPECIALLY WHEN DEALING WITH MEDICATION. UNBELIEVABLE."
"Decrease wait time at drive through. I spent 25 minutes waiting to pick up my prescription. I was third car inline when I pulled up. It should not take that long. Extremely Disappointed."
"I waited more than 1 hour for my medication, ask why!? and the pharmacist was very rude to me! If you don't like your job, look for another one, working with the public is difficult, however, I shouldn't be rude to people, especially when we need medicine."
"Congratulations to Jaida, excellent service, she resolved all our doubts."
"Joe, the pharmacist, not only gave me an explanation of precriptions received, but helped me find an over-the-counter product which I greatly appreciated...and, also, wished me the best with an upcoming medical procedure. Took me back to my younger days when your pharmacist knew you, and your family which has been lost in today's world of impersonalized pharmaceutical distribution I,e., can I have your name and date of birth! Joe talked to me and asked how my wife was doing...and smiled a lot!! Joe would be good for anyone's business. It's called good communication and relationships."
