"They take FOREVER to take care of you at the window. COVID tests say 48 hrs for the PCR and 2 hrs for the Antigen they send it 5 days later. They took 4 days on the PCR. Then when I retested today to try and go in to work, I did the Antigen one at 10am and I didn't get my results until 5:55pm. They take their sweet time to answer the phone and then they pick-up to hang up on your face. Horrible customer service even when you get to speak to someone!!! I will not be coming to this Walgreens ever again."

"They are overwhelmed!! It’s nearly impossible to get a hold of someone. Waited on hold for 57 minutes was then disconnected. Waited in line 30 min and got meds .. but not enough in bottle. I dread getting prescriptions here! They need help!!! Wondering if I go to another if it will be any better! Don’t care if I have to drive 30 minutes it will still be quicker."

"I could wait in line here for 5 months and still not get my prescription. Of all the times I’ve suffered here, I’ve only had two nice people working and be able to be quick and efficient in getting my prescriptions. Everyone else loves the waste time trying to argue with customers about insurance when they’re the only place I have a problem with my insurance card. Get it together."

"Waited on hold for over an hour and spoke to someone who was rude and assured me my prescription would be ready (it said pending in the app) and then hung up before I could ask anything else. Spoiler alert: my prescription was not ready and I ended up waiting a long time, with cars behind me, for them to fill it. In a previous incident I was given a medication that wasn’t supposed to be filled yet and I wasn’t told my total or correct number of prescriptions. They charged my card for $80 and I didn’t notice their mistake until I got the receipt and medication. I’m not sure what they did to process the refund but there was another issue when I went to fill the prescription next time."
