"Horrible place to try and get scripts. Took 4 days for them to fill. Then when they tell me it’s ready and I drive 30 minutes to get there, they told me oh another 25 minutes. Waited in the parking lot came back in, waited in line for 40 minutes and was told they don’t even have the scripts and they will have it tomorrow. Disgusted by the customer service or should I say negligence by Dr. Nayha. I had a major surgery and had to suffer through pain due to their negligence."

"Went over the weekend and the pharmacist tech could not help showed my insurance card to her and it was denied spoke to my insurance and they said everything is valid and Walmart pharmacy should have took my insurance and the lady with the red bob was no help. I went to another Walmart down the road and they took my insurance ."

"I wish I could give this pharmacy a no stars for the disgusting experience they put me through this following week. For 4 days I had to go back and fourth and call my doctor's office everyday multiple times a day because the workers here are lazy, unprofessional, and uncaring about people and their needs as patients. My daughter has asthma and they refused to give me the correct equipment to dispense my daughter's medication. If my daughter would have died and suffocated in the middle of the night it would have been the fault of the workers in this pharmacy. They gave me the run around because they did not want to take an extra 5 mins to order the correct equipment that I need. No one knows what they are talking about and instead of doing their jobs they sent to another location with the wrong script and information. Ivette a worker there stated that the were not going to fix their mistake because it was another Walmart that made the error. I had to call the district manger to finally get them to do their jobs. And to top it off they wanted to make it seem like I was the one who was not asking for the correct equipment. In the matter of hours of contacting cooperate they said they were going to provided me with all the equipment I needed free of charge. You tell me if that doesn't sound like "oh my bad situation"...Why did I go to that far for something that they could've taken an extra 5 mins to do the first time I went. Do not waste your time here. They are compassionate, lazy, uninformed and do not know how to do their jobs. They would let children with breathing problems die because they don't want to do their jobs. I hope that no other parent has to go through something like this again."
